Andrei Gonzales

Andrei works in Civic Foundry’s Service Design practice, specialising in end-to-end service design, ecosystem mapping and service blueprints that translate research into prioritised backlogs teams can build from.

Andrei has led programs in Australian Government Departments, including acting as lead for multiple streams in a government agency’s digital transformation, where he led discovery of the end-to-end provider experience and produced the delivery roadmap, resourcing model, and costings for a new provider management system. Andrei also led the capability uplift for other Government Departments, including a program that trained multiple teams of APS staff in modern innovation methodologies, and led to the introduction of new ways of working, as well as staff promotions.

Andrei has held senior design roles at Deloitte Digital, Salesforce, Fjord (Accenture Interactive) and BCG Digital Ventures. He is a Certified SAFe Lead Agilist and Certified Scrum Master.
