Danny Jowers
Managing Director
Danny is a senior public sector consultant with more than two decades' experience helping agencies improve how they generate outcomes, deliver their most important programs and realise the benefits of investment.
Danny works in Civic Foundry’s Connected Delivery practice, partnering with executives on functional review, transformation program design and delivery, benefits realisation and capability uplift.
Danny has helped numerous government and not for profit organisations improve their strategy definition and realisation. Danny guided an intelligence agency through improvements to the delivery of its largest capability program after a highly-critical Gateway Review, refining program structure, benefits and benefit ownership, capability architecture, governance and practical delivery. He led a long-term continuous improvement program supporting Defence members and their families, spanning policy, program, function and process redesign; and a review of the effectiveness of a critical ICT service delivery function for a policy and service delivery department.
Before joining Civic Foundry, Danny worked in government, and in senior roles alongside Caitrin and Shaun at top-tier management consulting firms. He holds a BSc in Physics and is an MSP Practitioner and Certified SAFe 5 Agilist.
