Felicity Campbell

Felicity works in Civic Foundry’s Technology Delivery practice, leading requirements discovery, process and workflow analysis and stakeholder engagement, so that technology decisions hold up when they reach the people who use them.

As Portfolio Management Lead for a federal department, she worked with the ICT executive to design and implement a tailored scaled agile framework and ran quarterly planning across ICT and business teams. She led the business analysis team for a territory government’s revenue collection transformation, supporting legislative change to streamline property conveyancing.

Felicity spent eight years as a public servant on application development projects and shaped the business analysis practice for the Department of Industry, Science and Resources. Before joining Civic Foundry, Felicity worked alongside Daniel in the Department of Industry, Science and Resources’ Digital Modernisation Program. Felicity holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Information Systems) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the Australian National University, and is a Certified Product Owner.
